All services are subject to availability and assessment at the time of booking. We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or reliance on the information contained within it. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any work requested is suitable for their property and circumstances.

By booking services with AJ Knowles – Plumbing & Heating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change if additional work or materials are required. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing, and late payments may result in additional charges. Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property where work will be carried out. Emergency call outs are available but will be charged at a different rate from standard working hours. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, a charge may apply. All work is carried out with reasonable skill and care, and manufacturer warranties apply to parts and appliances supplied. We accept no liability for damage caused by pre-existing faults, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Payment for all work carried out by AJ Knowles – Plumbing & Heating is due immediately upon completion of the job, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing before the work begins. We accept payment by cash or bank transfer. Invoices must be settled in full by the due date stated, and failure to make payment may result in additional charges or legal recovery of the outstanding amount. All parts and materials supplied remain the property of AJ Knowles – Plumbing & Heating until full payment has been received.
