Hello, I’m Andrew John Knowles, and along with my wife Amanda, we run AJ Knowles Plumbing & Heating — a family business built on trust and experience.

I first started plumbing back in 2003 and have been working in the trade ever since. For the past 18 years, I was part of the team at Michael Wilson Plumbing & Heating here in Hexham, where I gained valuable experience across all aspects of plumbing and heating work — from fixing everyday leaks to installing full central heating systems.

Over the years, I’ve developed a reputation for being reliable, thorough, and easy to work with. My goal is simple: to provide high-quality plumbing and heating services that people can depend on, whether it’s an urgent repair or a planned installation.
